" The world is a better place to live in because it contains human beings who will give up ease and security in order to do what they themselves think worth doing. They do the useless, brave, noble, divinely foolish, and the very wisest things that are done by Man. And what they prove to themselves and to others is that Man is no mere creature of his habits, no automaton in his routine, but that in the dust of which he is made there is also fire, lighted now and then by great winds from the sky." -Walter Lippmann, journalist.

TOPIC: Mt. CB-13 (6,264 mt / 20,551 ft)

Mt. CB-13 (6,264 mt / 20,551 ft) 3 years, 11 months ago #1081

Hello All,

This year, Mountain Lovers' Association, Asansol (WB), is organising an expedition to Mt. CB-13 in the Lahaul region of Himachal Pradesh.

We have already got the IMF Approval. We have got a couple of Leader's Reports of earlier expeditions organised from West Bengal. There is not much information available online though except a couple of blogs:-
uctmscexpedition.blogspot.in/
cb13.blogspot.in/

I would request members who have attempted Mt. CB-13 to share their experiences, blogs, reports, photos, etc, for the benefit of all here.

Thanks :)
