What all should I have in my first-aid kit for high altitude?

These things are must in your first-aid kit for high altitude-
Plasters, Bandages, Butterfly bandages, Gauze pads, Triangular bandage, Gauze wraps, Large compress bandage, Safety pins, Medical tape,Duct tape, Plastic gloves, Antiseptic wipes, Anti-bacterial cream, Insect repellent, Calamine lotion, high factor sun cream, Sun-protection lip balm, Cough drops, Eye drops, Paracetamol, Antihistamine tablets, Scissors, Pen knife, Thermometer and Needle and thread
and Maddy, also keep 500mg Vitamin C (for improving taste of iodinated water) and 20 x 5mg Valium (to rest on the train/bus while travelling)
